It provides and secures generic IT tools and network access for all CRA-W staff and for the structures hosted there.
Central Reception Service
This service ensures the constant availability of the CRA-W for the reception of visitors, the switchboard and the reception of suppliers.
It also handles the transfer of in-house correspondence between the central services and the decentralised buildings, as well as the in-house delivery of commonly used supplies from the central warehouse.
It performs miscellaneous in-house support tasks within the Central Services Department.
Data Governance Unit
Through its DPO, the Data Governance Unit ensures the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation within the CRA-W and the protection of personal data in the case of its external partners.
