Multidisciplinary assessment of agronomic and environmental impacts of tillage and management of crop residues

Solrésidus project is a collaboration between the Faculty of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech and CRA-W. Four modalities are studied: two kinds of tillage (till vs no-till) combined with two methods of managing crop residues (residues incorporation after grinding vs export). The main interest of this project is the multidisciplinary aspect of the research. Indeed, nine research teams specialized in different fields work together on the same theme in order to pass their data and allow a more complete interpretation of the observed phenomena.
